Shipping Policy

At Urban Raccoon, we offer everyday free shipping on orders over $95 within Canada and $200 for the USA (before tax). Unfortunately, international orders are not eligible for free shipping. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day.

If the item you’ve selected is not in stock or if additional information is required for credit verification, our customer service team will contact you via email.

• Shipping Method: Orders shipped via Canada Post will use the "Do Not Safe Drop" service.

• Delivery Times: Deliveries do not occur on Sundays or holidays. Please note that estimated shipping times do not include order processing time.

• Availability: Shipping options may vary depending on your location. We currently ship to all Canadian postal codes. However, certain restrictions apply to warehouses, freight forwarding services, hotels, and P.O. boxes.

Additional Shipping Information

• Non-Major Centres and Remote Locations: Deliveries to these areas may require extra time.

• Order Weight: Orders exceeding 23 kilograms (50 pounds) will be redirected to the nearest Canada Post facility.

• Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as we cannot redirect packages once they’ve been dispatched.

• Weather and Volume Delays: Urban Raccoon is not responsible for delivery delays caused by adverse weather conditions or high parcel volumes.

Shipping Restrictions

1. We reserve the right to restrict deliveries to remote or certain locations.

2. Express and Priority delivery are only available for select regions.

3. Orders cannot be split into multiple shipping destinations.

4. Items that are not permitted for import into a destination country may need to be removed from your cart before proceeding.

5. Some products available in Canada may not be eligible for international shipment.
